Designs

The Build

The kitchen our clients selected was a beautiful gloss cream with integrated handle complete with Neff appliances and granite worktops. The install was carried out by our highly experienced carpenters that work closely with us day to day for many years.

With the kitchen install complete, the granite team installed the worktops and sealed it all. A lovely finishing touch was the granite splashback and the hob was recessed into the granite so that there were no lips or ridges around the hob.

 

We then prepared the floor in readiness for the underfloor heating matt using a screed and self levelling latex. Our electrician completed all of the kitchen wiring and laid out the matting ready for the floor covering.

Our floor fitters then laid a 12mm screed over the floor matt and finished with a 3mm layer of underfloor heating approved self levelling compound latex to give a nice level smooth finish. Once the self level had set we went on to install Amtico floor tiles to the whole area.

Now that the internal works and decoration were completed we started work on the patio. The garden is beautifully maintained and has a lot of shapes and features so the patio had to match in quality and character. Our team uplifted the existing patio, re-bedding new sand and type 1 to raise the level and cut in green timber railway sleepers to create a level perimeter. They then set about re-installing the patio block pavers to create a wonderful tiered finish and wonderful outdoor seating area to be enjoyed for many years to come.

The project turned out exceptionally, with each and every aspect being meticulously checked and carried out to the highest level. Our customers have since commented at how happy they are with the works and have asked us to carry out more works to their property whilst also recommending us to a couple of friend of theirs.
