The whole process, from the initial survey through to completion is about maximising and making efficient use of space. We offer a highly creative design service and pride ourselves on our ability to visualise the potential in any space.

We believe that the key to our success is our ability to listen to the customer’s needs and get a good understanding of their needs before we work out how best their space can fit around those needs, whilst respecting the boundaries set by their budget. We draw on our extensive design experience and creative vision to point out the potential in a space that our customers had not been able to visualise. It’s amazing how a few simple inexpensive changes can make the world of difference.

We make a few basic sketches whilst with the customer and then create an amazing visual representation of the ideas discussed, using the latest CAD technology, so that the design comes alive in their existing space.

We use a trusted architect to compile any drawings that are required for planning purposes and we walk our customer through the whole process.

We offer our customers the opportunity to visit our trade suppliers and showrooms to select their fittings as we believe it is so much nicer to choose fixtures and fittings that one can see and touch, as opposed to guessing their size or texture from a picture in a catalogue.

Once the project commences, we provide our customer a single point of contact through a dedicated project manager. This ensures the highest levels of communication and delivery of their expectations, which relieves a great deal of stress for the homeowner.
