 A beautiful, bespoke built oak pergola

Our specification was to build an open sided timber pergola over the existing patio, with a glazed roof and brick planters for existing flowers

The main structure is built from 6 air dried 6×6 green oak posts and an air dried oak rafter system.

We routed each rafter manually to allow for the glass to sit comfortably between each rafter and applied an oak capping over each one. A weather seal was applied to each bead of glass and an oak fillet was installed across the ridge line to cover the Monoflex weather capping.

Our customers were delighted with the pergola and were eager to start putting their garden furniture under it and start enjoying their wonderful new garden area.
